Labour candidate condemns meals on wheels cuts

Labour’s parliamentary candidate Hamish Sandison has condemned Monmouthshire County Council’s plans to cut meals on wheels service to vulnerable residents across Monmouthshire. “It beggars belief”, Sandison said, “that Tory-controlled Monmouthshire County Council is proposing to cut an essential service to our most vulnerable citizens to save a miserly £50,000.
